If the client is an individual,
the same identification documents that are required of the Family Office itself except that the document submitted as proof of the client's identity (i.e., the clients passport, driver's license, national identity card or alien identification card) must include the client's signature.
If the client is an organization,
the same identification documents that are required of the Family Office itself with the following exceptions:
Proof of identity, date of birth, and signature. The document that the applicant provides must include the applicant's name, date of birth, and signature. |
